We accept precision cutting of metal machining by lathe machining or dedicated machine. Since establishment in Sabae-city Fukui-pref. Japan, where is the center of the spectacles / eyeglasses, we are working on metal parts with focus on spectacles / eyeglasses parts. Production
We use the material such as stainless steel, titanium, copper, tungsten, aluminium, iron, gold and resin.
Header screw ; Header screw is made by flinging punch at normal temperature and transforming the head. Processing precision speed is fast.
Cutting screw ; Cutting screw is processed by lathe from the bar material such as circle, square and six angles in the case that header process is unfit at the point of parts form, metal mold, precision and quantity.
Various precision parts ； Precision part is used for precision equipment, machine, car and optical communication. Precision process and micro machining technology are necessary for the process.
Hinge parts ; Hinge parts are used for open and close of spectacles temple’s frame and there are wide variety of hinge parts depending on the spectacles / eyeglasses frames or design.
